This Saturday at our next film meet, we will be making several short films, as well as starting on the Cyber Attack trailer. For our short films we will be reenacting the Christmas story, and we also will be filming a Goldilocks parody. Official casting for these films will be sent over email ASAP. Hello Everyone! Recently we got together with a few of our families, twice. These get-togethers were not planned to act as our film meet for this month, but we filmed a lot. We started to film Cyber Attack, we made a nature video, and we are starting a LOTR film. These upcoming months, two of our families are extremely busy with Nutcracker performances, so we may not be able to have a formal meet. They have ballet on every day of the week including Saturday and Sunday. (all classes on Sunday are only recreational!). If we can't have a film meet, we will need to count these get-togethers as our Oct. Film meet. Also, I am thinking about starting a blog about how to make films. Ok so here is the promised post about Cyber Attack. Cyber Attack is a film about some Agents who are hired by the US to find the hackers who, months before, had hacked into the pentagon, and to re secure any important information that might have been compromised. Cyber Attack is in the development stage and advancing quickly. We are in the process of making a detailed markup outline, and it is growing bigger by the hour. The markup outline itself is now over 5 full pages long!! The trailer will be out by December 30th 2016. As the producer, I feel super excited about this film, and I think we are making tremendous progress. Even though typing my ideas down on the computer doesn't look very interesting to my parents and friends, I feel I am in an exciting world, all my own, where agent Ecco Grae and hacker Arginessa Notrosial are real, and where I get to mold the characters and step into their world, even as I create it. Ok so I know that it seems like we introduce a new film idea pretty frequently. We do. Honestly, I know we love to start on projects, but we don't always finish them. So here are a few updates on our started films and when we expect them to come out by. First of all, the film festival in October that we were going to enter in was canceled for this year, so we will hopefully be joining one Spring 2017. Our Short Film Surge was a big success and we created a bunch of great short films, including, 'Olympic Fails', 'Our Puppy, Sophie', and 'To Catch a Rabbit'. Thanks so much to all of our hard working members!! Our choose your own adventure video has been postponed, and will not be finished until Summer of 2017. We are still hoping to get to act as extras in Star Wars Episode Eight or Nine. That would be wonderful! Joe is still working on Code Red with his talent. I am not sure when they expect that to be done, but I have been told it is a long term ...
