About JVGPictures

JVGPictures is a group of Catholic homeschoolers age 8-18. We have completed over fifty short films, some of which are on YouTube. Currently we have over thirty five members, and we are growing fast! We just released our first film to be submitted to a Christian Film Festival, "Seek First". Check it out on YouTube!

 FAQ
           Q.  What kinds of films does JVGPictures produce?
           A.   Mostly we make live action short films, but we also make stopmotions and even music videos! We also make some full-length films. Basically, we will make any kind of film, as long as it stands within Christian values.

           Q. Can I join?
           A. Catholic homeschoolers age 8-18 living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area are welcome to email us at JVGPicturesTeam@gmail.com, if they are interested.

          Q. Can I use a stage name?
          A. Sure! Please email us at anytime if you would like to use a stage name!

           Q. Do you allow members to create their own 'branch' of JVGPictures in perhaps, say, a different location?

           A.  Qualified members, are, on a case by case basis, allowed to create their own branch of JVGPictures. However, they must still be active in the main branch of JVGPictures to make sure their branch is staying within the JVGPictures qualifications. The videos each branch makes are all considered to be made by 'JVGPictures' and the credits will contain the makers names, if they would like. All videos made by any branch of JVGPictures will be posted on YouTube by JVGPictures, or the makers can choose not to post them on YouTube at all.

           Q. Do you allow adults to join and become members?
           A. No, JVGPictures is only for young people ages 8-18. However, occasionally we will allow a few of the members parents to participate in the making of, or act in a film.

           Q. If I create a video, am I allowed to post it on both my YouTube channel and the JVGPictures YouTube channel?
           A. Yes! Your work is your own. You can most definitely post your video on your own YouTube channel!
